Signals are observations, not predictions. A signal states that a stock’s market state matched a documented case’s conditions, with its evidence and invalidation conditions attached. It does not predict future prices, and historical case performance (win rates, MFE/MAE, forward returns) does not guarantee future results.

Data may be imperfect. Market data, news, fundamentals and derived scores come from third-party sources and automated pipelines; they can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the service can be interrupted. Data-quality suppressors deliberately withhold signals when inputs look untrustworthy — absence of a signal is not information either.

No execution, ever. TradeSense places no orders. Optional broker connections are read-only imports of your holdings, used solely to show which of your positions have an open signal.

No fiduciary relationship. Your use of TradeSense creates no adviser-client or fiduciary relationship. Liability for trading or investment losses is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law — see the Terms of Service.
